A common myth is that homeowners feel they are laughing their way to the bank. “Look at all the money I saved on not paying commission!” Most times, this is simply not true. Homeowners lose an average of 9%-12% selling themselves - if you can make that back, the average commission rate is actually very reasonable. When you’re not getting the most for what your house is worth – then I can’t see you being OK with that!

Strong Realtors earn their commission and want what’s best for you. We don’t just walk in, get you to sign some papers, price it at what everyone “thinks” its worth, throw a sign on your front lawn, hold an open house and take the first offer. Unfortunately, this is the picture painted by many homeowners – perhaps they had a bad experience with a previous Realtor, or heard someone who did. Not all Realtors are the same, and those with your best interests in mind, like me, will work hard to earn you top dollar for your home.
